Through the use of various psychotherapy methods in collaboration with the client, we may do some assessments and treatment measures to determine a focus point toward resolution. I try to help clients develop life changing patterns and cope with difficulties. We also collaboratively explore other issues relating to such things as identity, confidence, security, and other specifics.
Many clients begin feeling better or finding clarity right from the start. Others, on account of the complexity of psychological adjustment take more time to see results. My first goal involves doing no harm (Hippocrates) and then to promote better adjustment and more effective problem solving.
